We want to share the many local, state and national opportunities that can deepen our understanding of the impact of race on ourselves, our community, and our country. We welcome the use of the community bulletin page as a space to promote events that:
- strive to dismantle racism
- encourage activism around issue of racial justice
- educate on topics of racial oppression and White privilege
- celebrate culture and diversity
- enhance our appreciation of the struggles of People of Color
- build coalitions to change policies that affect People of Color
The majority of these events we post are free of charge and open to the community. We could not do this important work without the community’s involvement.
